can be distributed through various different means, including fax
and email, ensuring workplace productivity is increased and costs

The latest iR portfolio offers the first internal finishing with
hole punching in the market place which means that you now do not
need large external finishers, saving costs and space.
Communicate electronically and process speedily
Use Universal Send, to scan in documents and send them
electronically, thus saving time and costs. PDFs can be created at
the iR 2870 itself and retrieved using Canon's searchable PDF
feature. Also, Canon has developed Mailbox Notification, which
stores documents on the device mailbox and emails only the URL to
recipients as an attachment for them to retrieve when they need it
via the web.
Create and collate complex documents with ease
Complete all your documents in-house through the device's range of
finishing options. For easy document collation, use Canon's
intelligent iW Publishing Manager software to merge and collate
documents electronically from different Windows applications
(Microsoft™ Word™, Excel™, etc). So everything is printed as it
